Sunray Inova is a software platform that provides ordering, booking, and communication tools to client organizations such as temples, restaurants, and small businesses. As part of the service, we send transactional messages (including SMS, messaging, and email) — such as order-ready alerts, booking confirmations, and payment confirmations — on behalf of those client organizations to their end customers.
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

The platform, software, and all related materials are owned by Sunray Inova LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunray Inova LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the services, including any delayed or undelivered messages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
